LESSON OBJECTIVES:
Students will create their own character and enter into the epic game of Ozaria. Their goal in the game is to use the computer skills they learn in order to defeat the impending Darkness.
Students will practice problem solving, sequences, loops, debugging and syntax.
Students will understand the concepts of basic syntax, algorithms, objects, methods, arguments, strings
HOMEWORK:
Finish Chapter 1
Sessions 3 and 4: The Acodus
LESSON OBJECTIVES:
Students will upgrade the Acodus and contain the Darkness now destroying the sun.
Students will practice using data types, loops, boolean methods, & nested conditionals.
Students will understand the concepts of sequences & algorithms, syntax, debugging, variables, boolean logic, conditional
HOMEWORK:
Finish Chapter 2
Sessions 5 and 6: Beyond the Darkness
LESSON OBJECTIVES:
Students will see the benefits of the Darkness being defeated but will have to go to the last star well.
Students will practice using algorithms, debugging logic errors, variables, & conditionals.
Students will understand the concepts of data types, for loops, iteration, nesting, while loops
