Educating autistic, gifted and special needs students can be expensive at times. Academic Warriors strives to provide educational services to all autistic, gifted and special needs students throughout the world. We provide parents with several options to help with the payment of the courses and/or programs they would like to their child to take.
Payment Plan
Parents may chose to enroll into a personalized payment plan that meets their financial needs. Payments may be broken down via weekly, biweekly or monthly payments.
The process of obtaining a payment plan.
1) Enroll your child into the course(s) or program(s) you are interested in.
2) Schedule the class with Academic Warriors.
3) Request a payment plan at abruning@academicwarriors.com
4) Schedule your payment plan.
5) Pay your deposit (the first payment).
5) We will start the class with your student after we have received your deposit.
Coupons
Have you subscribed to our newsletter? Academic Warriors offers coupons and discounts via our monthly newsletter The Champion. The coupons and discounts are only available for a select time. You cannot combine coupons and/or discounts but you can make payment arrangements.

1) Enroll your child into the course(s) or program(s) you are interested in.
2) Schedule the class with Academic Warriors.
3) Email abruning@academicwarriors.com with the promo code found on the coupon.
4) Pay your invoice.
5) We will start the class with your student as soon as we have received your fund.
Scholarships
Academic Warriors periodically offers scholarships to students in financial needs. The amount and length of the scholarships are given on a case by case basis. We offer a limit amount of scholarships per year.

1) Enroll your child into the course(s) or program(s) you are interested in.
2) Schedule the class with Academic Warriors.
3) Request a scholarship at abruning@academicwarriors.com
4) We will start the class once the scholarship details have been finalized.
ESA Program
Academic Warriors are vendors for the Arizona ESA program. You can use ESA funds for any of our courses and programs. We vendors with Classwallet and the BOA card.
The process of using ESA.
1) Enroll your child into the course(s) or program(s) you are interested in.
2) Schedule the class with Academic Warriors.
3) Let Allison Bruning know you will be using ESA funds to pay for the class.
4) Send the PayPal invoice to ESA. Please note if your due date is in the middle of the week we will send the invoice to you on Monday. It can take ESA 3 - 10 business days to deposit funds into our bank account. Please send the invoice to ESA as soon as you receive it. We will let you know when ESA has notified us of the pending deposit for your student.
